Your profile must contain your real first and last name. Otherwise, you won't be able to withdraw funds from Toloka to your payment system. If you entered a different name when registering, edit the profile.

Edit a profile

Open the Profile page and click Edit.


If the selected language has already been confirmed by the test, you can't replace it with another one or delete it.

Change username

Toloka is linked to your Yandex ID account, so you can't change your username.

Add a profile picture

Go to Managing your Yandex ID and click Add a photo.

Log out of your account

Open the More → Settings page. At the bottom of the list, choose Log out.

By clicking the Remove profile button, you agree to the following:

Your Toloka account will be irrevocably and permanently deleted, and the User Agreement (as accessible at shall be terminated unilaterally.

Upon such termination, all personal data associated with your account, inclusive of data pertaining to task completion results and any details requisite for the crediting of funds to your account, shall be deleted.

Should there exist any pending withdrawal requests or any residual funds within your Toloka account at the moment of deletion, such funds shall be returned to Toloka.

The Privacy Policy, as referenced herein (, enumerates the grounds upon which Toloka processes personal data. Listed below are the specific bases for which personal data might be processed and the consequent actions relating to such data upon the deletion of your account.

According to the User Agreement:

  • You can't restore a deleted account.
  • You won't be able to register in Toloka again.
